Tasks

• Development in the areas of ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams
• Workflow and Process Automation: Development of sophisticated automation workflows to optimize governance processes, security operations, and service delivery—to increase efficiency, performance, and audit readiness
• Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting: Proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, inefficient queries, and suboptimal script execution
• Conducting root-cause analyses and applying platform best practices to ensure high availability and responsiveness
• Security and Access Control Management: Enforcing strict compliance with security policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), separation of duties (SoD), and audit requirements—ensuring that all developments meet rigorous financial industry standards
• Close collaboration with architects, delivery managers, compliance officers, and business partners to translate complex requirements into robust, future-proof technical solutions

Requirements

• Advanced experience in scripting and coding: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow server- and client-side programming (Business Rules, Script Actions, Client Scripts, REST Message APIs, Flow Designer)
• Understanding of the platform architecture: Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow enterprise architecture, including governance, CI/CD pipelines, scoped applications, and upgrade-ready development practices
• Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking: Excellent ability to analyze complex system behavior, interpret logs, debug complex problems, and deliver sustainable technical solutions
• Integration and Interoperability Skills: Practical experience connecting ServiceNow to external systems via integration hubs, middleware, or direct APIs—ensuring data consistency, error handling, and monitoring
• Collaborative Communication: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, clearly explain technical concepts, and contribute constructively to discussions on solution design
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT frameworks, ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow), and enterprise IT infrastructure
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with a strong focus on ITSM modules
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the development and configuration of GRC and/or SecOps modules
