- Advanced scripting and coding skills - Understanding of platform architecture - Problem-solving and analytical thinking - Integration and interoperability skills - Collaborative communication - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Technical expertise: Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure - At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM developer - At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps developer - Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Custom Applications - Fluent written and spoken English
