The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM developer and relevant technical expertise.
Job description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management Engineering team. In your role, you will primarily develop, but not exclusively, ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams.Your tasks
- Development of ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams
- Creation of security and access control profiles
Your qualifications
- Advanced scripting and coding skills
- Understanding the platform architecture
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Integration and interoperability capabilities
- Collaborative communication
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Technical expertise: Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure
- At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM developer
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps developer
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – custom applications
- Fluent spoken and written English
