Job description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our IT service management team. In your role, you will primarily work on the development of ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams.Tasks
- Development of ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams
- Authentication of security and access control management profiles
Requirements
- Advanced scripting and coding skills
- Understanding platform architecture
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Integration and interoperability capabilities
- Collaborative communication
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure
- At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM developer
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps developer
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Custom Applications
- Fluent written and spoken English
