ServiceNow Developer 100% (m/f/d)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our IT service management team. In your role, you will primarily work on the development of ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams.

Tasks

• Development of ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams
• Creation of security and access control management policies

Requirements

• Advanced programming and coding skills
• Understanding platform architecture
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Integration and interoperability capabilities
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM developer
• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps developer
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – custom applications
• Fluent written and spoken English
