ServiceNow Engineer (a)

Tasks

• You define and implement user stories based on business requirements and projects
• You will develop workflows and integrations and work closely with both internal subject-matter expert teams and customers
• You ensure the secure and reliable operation of the ServiceNow on-premises platform and carry out upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• You will provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support to our ServiceNow users
• You'll work closely with our implementation partners on larger projects

Requirements

• You have several years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow administrator and developer. Ideally, you hold a CSA certification or other ServiceNow certifications and have a solid understanding of information technology.
• You are familiar with ITSM, CHOP/CSOP, ITSM/Discovery, integrations (REST, LDAP, SSO, MID Server), and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow
• You have a solid understanding of JavaScript. Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, and SQL is a plus.
• Ideally, you have already supported a migration from ServiceNow on-premises to the cloud (SaaS)/Activity and can bring some initial experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Microsoft Azure to the role. Knowledge of ParaSaaS
