ServiceNow Engineer (a)

Tasks

• You define and implement user stories based on business requirements and projects
• You'll create workflows and integrations and work closely with both internal subject-matter expert teams and customers
• You ensure the secure and reliable operation of the ServiceNow on-premises platform through secure and vital upgrades, fixes, and further developments.
• You'll provide 1st- and 3rd-level support to our ServiceNow users
• You'll work closely with our implementation teams on larger projects

Requirements

• You have several years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow administrator and developer. Ideally, you hold a CSA-2013 certification or other ServiceNow certifications and have extensive infrastructure experience.
• You have a strong command of IT management: CMDB/CDSM/ITSM/Discovery, integrations (REST, LDAP, SSO), DER, and automation using Flow Designer and workflows.
• You have a solid understanding of JavaJS/CPT; knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, and SQL is a plus
• Ideally, you have already actively supported a migration from ServiceNow on-premises to the cloud (SaaS) and have some experience with Ansible, Terraform, or PivDeploy.
• You work efficiently, independently, and responsibly; you're a team player; and you enjoy acquiring new knowledge that you apply in a targeted manner.
