ServiceNow HRM Senior Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and business operations of the company-wide business, role, and compute capabilities delivered via ServiceNow to support the HR ecosystem.
• Contribute to the development of proactive AI use cases, including ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Workday, Informatica M3, etc.
• Work at the intersection of business and technology with company-wide technology teams across functional areas, including technology, product, innovation, and capabilities, as well as asset platforms, service development, architecture, engineering, and unit teams.
• Provide self-management tools and best business practices for the new HRM implementation and foster new business opportunities.
• Setting the agenda, overseeing implementation, and ensuring the successful delivery of the program.
• Closer collaboration with the business to understand its requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage the project team to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Responsible for the overall success of the project and the primary point of contact for the business.
• Design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRM solutions.
• Work closely with the business to understand its needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

• A strong appreciation for the relationship with top management and extensive experience in systems, service architecture, delivery, and change management.
• Experienced business and technology services architect with strong delivery and technical skills.
• Solid project work and technical expertise across the entire HR lifecycle.
• Development and broader knowledge of HR, recruiting, sales, and marketing.
• Proven experience using ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with and commitment to contracts, billing, and resource management processes.
• Demonstrated decision-making and work on implementation, project delivery, reporting, and governance.
• Experience with API development tools – ServiceNow.
• An active stakeholder in top-tier platform entities, process automation, task execution, and more.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and expertise in other key modules.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow, project management, planning, governance, delivery, and execution.
• Key partner and point of contact for business units, sales, compliance, audit, departments, as well as HR and technology specialists.
• Leading and collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop customized, user-friendly solutions.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• A strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A degree in a relevant field is an asset.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
