Requirements

• At least 1 year of practical experience in configuring and scripting ServiceNow
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL, GlideAPI, JSON/XML, REST/SOAP, business rules, and script-based clients on the ServiceNow platform
• Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and their implementation in enterprise systems
• Familiarity with web technologies, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; enjoys digging into logs, debugging, and identifying root causes
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills; a willingness to ask questions, show respect, and gain insights into the international environment and cross-functional development as an IT expert
