ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect to serve as a technical architect for ServiceNow within the IT Service Management team. The successful candidate will support development teams and stakeholders in implementing ServiceNow-based solutions and will work closely with various departments.
Tasks
- Lead development teams and stakeholders in the implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions. Promote reuse, standardization, and compliance across domains.
- Close collaboration with ITSM, DevOps, Security, and business representatives. Clear communication of designs, risks, and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in ITIL frameworks and proven experience in applying IT service management best practices.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.
