Tasks

• Responsible for: Settlement of global securities, our own and our partner issuances, cash pre-matching, distribution fees, static data maintenance and/or business expansion.
• Communication with various internal and external interest groups.
• Resolve daily requests and BAU issues. Investigate more complex issues, escalating to the team if no resolution is found. Ensure key checks are carried out on a daily basis.
• Notification of a senior member/IT/DEV in the event of system malfunctions, especially after each sprint release.
• Effective collaboration within a global team. Team player mentality; collaboration with team members and other teams.
• Follow defined processes without exceptions, unless approved by the team leader.
• Intermediate knowledge of daily systems and understanding of how our actions affect other teams.
• Help with the improvement and optimization of operational processes through the exchange of ideas and constructive criticism.

Requirements

• Strong interest in global securities markets.
• Experience in operations (preferably processing) is a distinct advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Pragmatic way of working and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within time-driven targets.
• Good oral and written English skills.
