- Responsible for: processing Global Securities, our own and our partners’ issuances, cash prepayments, distribution fees, maintaining master data, and/or business development. - Communicating with various internal and external stakeholders. - Daily troubleshooting and resolution of day-to-day issues. Investigating more complex issues and escalating them to the team if no solution is found. Ensuring that critical controls are performed daily. - Notifying a senior manager/IT&DEV of any system errors, particularly after each sprint release. - Work and communicate effectively within a global team. Demonstrate a team-player attitude; collaborate with team members and other teams. - Follow defined processes without exception, unless approved by the team lead. - Possess intermediate knowledge of daily systems and an understanding of how our actions impact other teams. - Help improve and expand operational processes by sharing ideas and constructive criticism.Requirements
- Strong interest in global securities markets. - Experience in settlement (preferably in settlement operations) is a significant advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - A pragmatic approach to work and attention to detail. - Ability to work within tight deadlines. - Good verbal and written English skills.We offer
