Social Media Manager (Maternity Cover -8-10 months)

Tasks

• Execution of Vontobel's social media strategy on various platforms and with various client units
• Create, curate, monitor and manage content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to ensure it aligns with company goals and audience engagement
• Staying up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices, conducting research on content trends
• Research, test and optimize campaign performance, suggest improvements that align with KPIs and ROI
• Managing the social media policy and governance of the Vontobel social media ecosystem

Requirements

• More than eight years of experience in social media, preferably in the financial sector
• University degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communication or business
• Very good written and verbal communication skills, especially in content creation for social media
• Experience in stakeholder management, preferably at the highest and C-level
• Native English skills are required, fluency in German is an advantage
• Broad experience in the development of social media advertising, community management, content marketing and reporting
• Professional in handling common social media channels and advanced knowledge of analytics and social media tools
• Passion for communicating and engaging with diverse audiences, as well as the ability to effectively articulate insights in a variety of formats
• Strategic thinking coupled with a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
• Curiosity, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, coupled with a strong drive to learn new technologies, trends and digital marketing channels
