Your role

• You are a digital and social media expert with an affinity for brand communication and social media campaigns that stand out from the crowd
• You can act as a "social media guru" and advise and support corporate communications and business marketing teams on social media campaigns with a focus on lead acquisition
• They review and advise on the establishment of campaigns, objectives, content and reporting
• Research and disseminate best practices across UBS to ensure different teams can utilize the latest tools and techniques on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and more
• You initiate test and learn projects, drive innovative ideas to improve the quality and performance of campaigns
• You manage reactions and dialogs as well as analyses and reporting
• You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that social media messages are effective and maintain UBS's brand image

Your expertise

• You are an experienced social media expert with hands-on experience: you can sometimes work with agencies, but also often carry out executions yourself
• You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in social media advertising campaigns
• You have experience in stakeholder management
• You have relationships with our customer success stories
• You are curious, independent and can initiate
• You are a native English speaker with experience
• You are creative with a strong sense of visual design
• You have good communication skills and are personally
