Your role
As a Software Development Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be part of our mission to continuously develop our current application landscape and create new ones, in our proven Java Enterprise environment. Your tasks
- Analyzing customer requirements and designing solutions based on our frameworks, as well as continuous development of these frameworks
- Implementing, testing and documenting designed solutions
- Support project management activities related to our solutions
- Provide third level maintenance and support for our platforms
Your profile
- Higher education (university/FH) in information technology
- At least 5 years of practical experience in full-stack development (Java Enterprise)
- 3 years of relevant experience in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, React), databases (SQL, PL/SQL) and Linux environments
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts/tools (e.g. CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English; very good knowledge of German is a plus
