Software Engineer, AVP

Tasks

In this role, you will develop and implement innovative, customer-focused, high-performance, secure, and robust software solutions that are resilient, scalable, and efficient. You will work on existing products and develop new ones, often in collaboration with other engineers, architects, and business analysts to create solutions that are both complex and simple. You will also:

• Produce complex and critical software quickly and with high quality that adds value to the business
• Ensure that the software meets all requirements, from modeling to maintenance and improvement to replacement or decommissioning.
• Working together to optimize our software engineering capabilities
• Manage and develop software solutions throughout the entire software lifecycle
• Work across the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment, and operation.

Requirements

You will need:

• Experience with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools, and continuous integration
• Experience with ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and databases
• Understanding of DevOps tools such as AWS, GitLab, and Prometheus
• Experience in managing/administering teams
• Understanding of database architecture, applications, and microservices
• Experience in designing modern solutions to support migration to new cloud-based products
