Software Engineer, AVP

Job Description

What you will do

In your new role, you will develop and modernize innovative, customer-focused, high-performance, secure, and durable software products and standards to get the most out of them. You will also work with other engineers, architects, and business analysts to determine system requirements.

Your tasks

* Produce complex and critical software quickly and with high quality that adds value to the business * Collaborate to meet business requirements * Design and architect solutions for system renewals, from maintenance to replacement or decommissioning * Work across the entire lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment, and operation

What you need

* 8+ years of experience with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools, and issues * Expertise in Java and microservices * Experience with DevOps, testing, and agile methodologies and associated tool sets * A history of leading high-performing teams, particularly in the areas of scalability, automation, visualization, optimization, availability, and performance
