Software Engineer, AVP

Job description

We are seeking an experienced software engineer for our software engineering function. The role is at the associate vice president level and offers the opportunity to deepen existing skills and develop new ones.

Tasks

In this role, you will develop and modernize innovative, customer-focused, high-performance, secure, and robust software products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing complex and critical software solutions of high quality that add value to the company
• Responsibility for the entire product life cycle, from the initial idea to maintenance and replacement or decommissioning
• Collaborating to improve our software engineering capabilities
• Work on various projects, from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, planning, and operation.

Requirements

For this role, you will need:

• Experience with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools, and issue management systems
• Experience with real-time Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and databases
• Understanding of DevOps tools such as Tek, Aig, and OAM, as well as AI fundamentals
• Background in coding high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
• Understanding of data architecture, application, and integration patterns that support teams in innovating and migrating to new stack-based products
