About the job

We are looking for exceptional talent to join our Man Technology Talent Community in Boston, Massachusetts.

Tasks

• Our front office engineering team develops the alpha-generating technology that powers Man Group's investment engine, including the quantitative alpha platform and execution management systems.
• You will work with a diverse team of engineers, quantitative researchers and portfolio managers and utilize Man Group's sophisticated technology stack.
• This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, high-visibility projects, benefit from structured professional development and gain deep insights into systematic investing and the innovative technology that drives it.
• The tasks include:
• Design algorithms and distributed computing platforms to solve new problems
• Overcoming challenges such as data coding, developing trading signal code, creating portfolio optimization tools, expanding the research platform and improving order and trade execution systems
