Software Engineer

Role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Software Engineer to lead the development of technology systems in our department. The role includes:

• End-to-end delivery of complete software solutions—from requirements gathering and architectural design through development, testing, and production deployment.
• The long-term technical roadmap and the delivery of technical improvements across systems.
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Promoting engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable design patterns.
• Participation in code reviews and hands-on guidance.
• Proactively identifying and reducing technical debt, improving system resilience, and optimizing performance.
• Technical support and troubleshooting in all live and pre-production environments.
• Helping to shape the evolution of our engineering culture and platform strategy.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software development.
• The ability to design, develop, and implement distributed systems.
• The ability to align business value delivery with a long-term technical strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and foster consensus.
• A strong desire for a collaborative environment and continuous improvement.
