Software Engineer
Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for a software engineer (m/f) to join an innovative team and play an active role in shaping the software architecture. The new employee will be involved in the development and refinement of digital products as well as internal IT projects.
Job description
Software Engineer (m/f) 100%Your tasks
- Support in the new and further development of our digital product range with appropriate technologies (mainly Java)
- Joint responsibility for the entire life cycle of software components (analysis, development, and maintenance of APIs)
- Collaboration on internal IT projects
Your profile
- Completed IT vocational training as an application developer or further training at federal level in the field of application development
- Previous experience in application development in an agile environment
- Good programming skills in Java. Knowledge of .net is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Openshift as well as CI/CD is an advantage
- Very good spoken and written German, good English skills
- Enjoyment in independently learning new technologies
- Team player, strong ability to learn and adapt to change
