Software Engineer - Secure Custody Platform
Taurus SA is seeking a Software Engineer for its secure custody platform in Switzerland to develop the next generation of digital platforms for trading, investing, and protecting digital assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, particularly with programming languages such as Golang, Java, or Rust, and will have knowledge of modern software development practices and security.
Tasks
For this position, we are seeking an engineer with practical experience in software development (3-10 years of experience). You will be part of a team of highly qualified engineers working to develop the next generation of a digital platform for trading, investing, and protecting digital assets.Responsibilities
- Write clean, modular, maintainable and robust code to implement the desired requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are understood
- Perform technical analysis of requirements
- Ensure high quality standards
- Take full responsibility for the product from conception to implementation, documentation, deployment, operation, and support.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a developer (Golang, Java, Rust)
- Experience with C, embedded systems, or reverse engineering
- Experience with modern software development practices (continuous delivery, continuous deployment, testing, cloud-native, etc.)
- Experience with security, cryptography, distributed systems, distributed databases, data indexing, Linux, networks
- Experience with blockchain and DeFi ecosystems is an advantage
- Experience with trading, finance, and digital assets is an advantage.
- Experience with productive container runtime (Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, CRI-O) and software-defined infrastructure (Ansible, Terraform) is an advantage.
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Sense of urgency and responsibility for the product
