Software Engineering Delivery Manager 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Delivery Manager to join the IT Service Management Engineering team and lead ServiceNow platform projects and developments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a software developer and 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Tasks
As a Software Engineering Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow platform projects and our business-as-usual (BAU) streams, as well as our local development team.Your profiles

- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Technical expertise: Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer (ServiceNow developer is a strong plus)
- Fluent spoken and written English
