Job description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Delivery Manager to join our IT Service Management Engineering team. In your role, you will play a key position in shaping our ServiceNow platform projects and our business-as-usual (BAU) streams, as well as our local development team.

- Analytical skills: strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions - Customer service: customer-focused mindset and commitment to excellent customer service - Ability to persuade and influence others to achieve desired outcomes and align with team and organizational goals - Negotiation skills: ability to negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial solutions and agreements - Cultural sensitivity: awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, promoting an inclusive work environment - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure - At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role - At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer (ServiceNow engineer is a strong plus) - Fluent written and spoken English
