- Risk and Resource Management
- Shaping our ServiceNow Platform projects and our business as usual (BAU) streams and local development team
Requirements
- Analytical skills: strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Customer focus: customer-oriented mindset and commitment to excellent customer service
- Persuasiveness and influence: Ability to persuade and influence others to achieve desired results and align with team and organizational goals
- Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate effectively in order to achieve mutually beneficial solutions and agreements
- Cultural sensitivity: Awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, promoting an inclusive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer (ServiceNow engineer is a plus)
- Fluent spoken and written English
