Tasks

• Responsibility for a team of 4–5 people in Operations and Technology
• Ensuring that all systems function properly and operate at optimal capacity
• Preparing the Onshore Team for an Outsourcing Rollout
• Participation in numerous development projects in collaboration with several departments
• Ensuring quality, customer focus, and diligence in all matters
• Part of a team of 1–2 people in Operations that works together to ensure the best possible service for customers

Requirements

• Database Administration
• A robust, data-driven approach to system backups and storage
• Extensive experience in the field of operations
• Good level of computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving as well as in handling and managing incidents, issues, and projects
• Handling the Triad Effectively and Supporting Clients with High Expectations
• Handling sensitive data and information securely and ensuring best security practices
• Ability to work independently and a high level of self-motivation
• A keen attention to detail and precision
• Experience with SaaS management solutions is a plus
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

Desirable

• Proficiency in standard Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of standards, protocols, and business processes
• Strong Customer Focus
