As Solution Architect for Client Lifecycle and Banking, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and architecture of the Client Lifecycle and Banking Value Streams, working closely with the leadership team and product owners. Your role is to define and evolve the system architecture to ensure business requirements, scalability, maintainability and security.

Tasks
- As a technical stakeholder of the client lifecycle and banking value stream
- Work with leadership team and subject matter owners to prioritize business and technical deliveries
- Define and develop the delivery route for the Client Lifecycle and Banking Value Stream together with the business owners and project managers
- Define and evolve the system architecture to meet business, scalable, maintainable and security requirements
- Ensure the long-term technical direction of the client lifecycle and banking value stream
- Ensure compliance with the best security and enterprise architecture standards
- Work with tech leads to understand and further develop the platform
- Design, document and communicate all technical and architectural decisions and roadmaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Experience in the design, implementation and delivery of key business initiatives
- Experience in managing and interacting with core banking systems
- Sound knowledge of architectural patterns, modern tech stacks and security
- Ability to manage day-to-day interactions with business users and technology teams
- Knowledge of agile IT architecture and ability to create roadmaps for the use of AI within the value stream
- In-depth knowledge of Java 21
- Strong background in application security, CDA, data handling, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), data ownership boundaries and system integration patterns
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to mentor people and teams and get directly involved in coding when required
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to support the business owners in defining a product roadmap and the future of the client lifecycle and banking value stream
