As Solution Architect for Client Lifecycle and Banking, you will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team and responsible for the technical leadership and architecture of the Client Lifecycle and Banking Value Streams. You will work closely with the business and product owners to define the technical requirements and ensure implementation.

Tasks
- Act as a technical stakeholder to the Client Lifecycle and Banking Value Stream Leadership Team and work closely with business owners and product leaders to prioritize business and technical delivery.
- Work with business owners and project managers to define and develop the delivery route for the Client Lifecycle and Banking Value Stream.
- Define and evolve the system architecture to meet business, scalable, maintainable and security requirements and ensure the long-term technical direction of the Client Lifecycle and Banking Value Stream.
- Ensure compliance with best security and enterprise architecture standards and work closely with the rest of the Enterprise Architecture and CISO teams to ensure compliance with established corporate and security standards.
- Work closely with technical leaders to understand and develop the platform towards the desired goal.
- Design, document and communicate all technical and architectural decisions and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 10+ years of experience in an engineering / architecture / technical management role.
- Previous experience in the design, development and delivery of key business initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing and interacting with core banking systems.
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns, modern technology stacks and security.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with business users and technology teams.
- Agile / Artificial Intelligence knowledge and ability to express roadmaps for the use of AI within the value stream.
- In-depth and (ideally) practice-oriented knowledge of Java 21.
- Strong background in application security, C&I, data handling, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), data ownership boundaries and system integration patterns is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make mature judgments.
- Willingness to mentor people and teams and participate directly in coding when required.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to support the business owners in defining a product roadmap and shaping the future of Sygnum's Client Lifecycle and Banking Value Stream.
- Strong desire to learn and exceptionally organized and experienced in communicating across teams, geographies and functions.
