**Solution Architect CRM Tool "BSI"**

Overview

We offer our customers excellent products and services, and our BSI is our central CRM system. We are looking for an experienced specialist who is highly knowledgeable in the field of BSI CRM.

Tasks

• You are responsible for evaluating IT solution architectures and the technical requirements for BSI CRM.
• You are the point of contact for customers, internal departments, and project teams for all architecture-related questions.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IT-related requirements (e.g., data management, security, governance) and are the primary contact person for the specialist departments on these topics.
• Together with the team, you ensure the technical operation of BSI and initiate problem management.
• You have knowledge of BSI CRM/CX software or comparable CRM.
• You have experience in IT architecture, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, interface management, and security hardware.
• You have knowledge of release and version management.
• You are strong in communication and have experience in stakeholder management. You can explain complex technical topics in simple terms.

Profile

• 3-5 years in a comparable role CRM tool, preferably BSI
• Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, digital business, or similar.
• German (business fluent) English (fluent)
