Solution Engineer for the MyWebDepot Asset Management Platform

Tasks

• Primary point of contact for our MyWebDepot customers regarding day-to-day operations
• Collaborating on client projects from analysis through implementation to launch
• Technical analysis and coordination of interface, data, and application processes
• Support for new release rollouts, including acceptance testing and release requests
• Managing Users and Permissions, Error Analysis, and Change Requests
• Technical coordination among customers, development and operations partners, and others
• Acting as a substitute for and assisting the Project & Product Manager
• Supporting the further development and documentation of technical requirements and processes

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge in the field of asset management or private banking
• Initial experience in project management and in a cross-functional role
• Strong technical understanding and interest in data, interfaces, and software products
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and customer focus
