Solution Engineer

Tasks

• Further development of the Finnova banking platforms
• Management of end-to-end projects
• Modeling of business processes and their parameterization / programming
• Analysis of business requirements, development of proposed solutions and quotations, and functional and technical implementation of the requirements
• Leading and facilitating subject-specific meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Further development of the assigned modules and areas
• Supporting other areas as required
• Point of contact for client banks, internal staff, and external partners

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (from a university, ETH, university of applied sciences, or business school) in banking, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• In-depth banking expertise in at least one of the following areas: compliance, digital banking, investment management, payments, or credit
• Experience in project management required
• Experience with configuring Finnova or Avalaq banking software, or comparable banking software, is a plus
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high affinity for IT
• Customer-oriented, independent and enthusiastic personality with a high level of assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of German and English
