Solution Engineer

Tasks

• Responsibility for the front-end development of the Pirx.noa banking customer platform
• Management of End-to-End Projects
• Facilitating business workshops and these planning meetings / gaming sessions
• Analysis of banking requirements, development of solution components, and offline-oriented and technical implementation of the requirements
• Leadership and Motivation of Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, Workshops, and Training Sessions
• Preparation of the required module and function descriptions
• Support for other departments as needed
• Point of contact for customer service representatives, internal stakeholders/projects, and external partners

Requirements

• A college degree (university/ETH/university of applied sciences) in banking, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Several years of successful experience in one of the following areas: compliance, digital banking, investment management, payments, or credit
• Experience in project management is preferred
• Knowledge of the Service or Avalys banking software or a comparable banking system is a plus
• Strong analytical and technical creativity, as well as a high level of IT proficiency
