Tasks

• As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of our global solutions engineering team and act as a bridge between Taurus' engineering teams and our customers' technical organizations, including IT, DevOps, security, and business partners.
• This role combines deep technical expertise with proven expertise in handling external customer relationships.
• You will lead implementation projects, design integration solutions, and deliver professional services in complex and regulated environments, with a strong focus on financial institutions and banking clients.

Your tasks in detail:

• Design and provision secure and scalable Taurus solutions on physical, virtual, cloud, or hybrid infrastructures.
• Management and execution of the entire technical service lifecycle for customers—from blueprint application, installation, configuration, and deployment to training, support, and deprecation.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships of trust with customers, acting as a strategic advisor and technical contact throughout the entire engagement.
• Implementation of advanced professional services, including product customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Management and administration of customer integration projects involving multiple third-party providers and complex IT ecosystems.
• Collaborating with customers to continuously refine the Taurus platform and adapt it to their changing needs.
• Ensuring complete knowledge transfer and documentation for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Taurus engineering, product, and support teams to quickly resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintenance and further development of high-quality, client-oriented technical documentation and deployment instructions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
• 5-7+ years of technical experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial services environments; experience in IT consulting firms is a plus.
• Proven track record as a solutions architect, solutions engineer, or technical account manager with measurable impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Proven expertise in integration architecture, with a focus on banking environments (e.g., core banking systems, secure file transfer, messaging buses, KYC/AML APIs, etc.).
• Extensive experience in enterprise IT architectures and operations: virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, VDI, CI/CD pipelines in production.
• Practical knowledge of modern DevOps tools such as Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and shell scripting.
• Good understanding of database management (SQL) and development experience in Go, Java, or Python is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly independent, curious, and focused on results and customer success.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements.
