Solutions Architect, Digital Asset Infrastructure

Taurus is seeking a Solutions Architect for its digital asset infrastructure in São Paulo, Brazil, to serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients and develop solutions for complex IT environments. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in the financial industry, and possesses strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Tasks

As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of our Global Solutions Engineering team and serve as a critical link between Taurus’ engineering teams and our clients’ technical organizations—including IT, DevOps, security, and business partners. This role combines deep technical expertise with proven experience in managing external client relationships. You will lead implementation projects, design integration solutions, and deliver professional services in complex and regulated environments, with a strong focus on financial institutions and banking clients. During your time at Taurus, you will:
  • Design and deploy secure and scalable Taurus solutions across physical, virtual, cloud, or hybrid infrastructures.
  • Manage and execute the entire lifecycle of technical services for customers—from blueprint implementation, installation, configuration, and deployment through to training, support, and system decommissioning.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and serve as a strategic advisor and technical point of contact throughout the entire integration process.
  • Implement advanced professional services such as product customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and manage client integration projects involving multiple third-party vendors and complex IT ecosystems.
  • Work with customers to continuously refine Taurus' platform and adapt it to their evolving needs.
  • Ensure that a complete transfer of knowledge and documentation is provided to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate across departments with Taurus engineering, product, and support teams to quickly resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and further develop high-quality, customer-focused technical documentation and deployment guides.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
  • 5–7+ years of technical experience, ideally in complex corporate or financial services environments; experience at an IT consulting firm is a plus.
  • A proven track record as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager, with a measurable impact on customer success, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Proven expertise in integration architecture, with a focus on banking environments (e.g., core banking systems, secure file transfer, messaging buses, KYC/AML APIs, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in enterprise IT architectures and operations: virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, VDI, and CI/CD pipelines in production.
  • Practical knowledge of modern DevOps tools such as Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and shell scripting.
  • A solid understanding of database administration (SQL) and development experience in Go, Java, or Python is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated, curious, and focused on results and customer success.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.
