Tasks
- As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of our global solutions engineering team and act as a bridge between Tauruss engineering teams and our customers' technical organizations—including IT, DevOps, security, and business partners.
- This role combines deep technical expertise with proven expertise in handling external customer relationships.
- You will lead implementation projects, design integration solutions, and deliver professional services in complex and regulated environments, with a strong focus on financial institutions and banking clients.
Your tasks in detail:
- Design and deliver secure and scalable Taurus solutions on physical, virtual, cloud, or hybrid infrastructures.
- Manage and lead the entire lifecycle of technical service delivery for customers—from blueprint application, installation, configuration, and deployment to training, support, and system decoration.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers by acting as a strategic advisor and technical contact throughout the entire engagement.
- Implement advanced professional services, including product customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Work with partners to manage and administer customer integration projects involving multiple third-party providers and complex IT ecosystems.
- Work with customers to continuously refine and adapt the Tauruss platform to better meet their changing needs.
- Ensure complete knowledge transfer and documentation for customers and partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Tauruss engineering, product, and support teams to quickly resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and develop high-quality, client-oriented technical documentation and deployment guides.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
- 5-7+ years of technical experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial services environments; experience in IT consulting firms is a plus.
- Proven track record as a solutions architect, solutions engineer, or technical account manager with measurable impact on customer success, satisfaction, and retention.
- Proven expertise in integration architecture, with a focus on banking environments (e.g., core banking systems, secure file transfer, messaging buses, KYC/AML APIs, etc.).
- Extensive experience in enterprise IT architectures and operations: virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, VDI, CI/CD pipelines in production.
- Practical knowledge of modern DevOps tools such as Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and shell scripting.
- Good understanding of database management (SQL) and development experience in Go, Java, or Python is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly autonomous, curious, and focused on results and customer success.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements.
