**Solutions Architect**
Taurus is seeking a Solutions Architect who, as part of the global Solutions Engineering team, will serve as a bridge between the engineering teams and the customer's technical teams, delivering creative solutions for successful implementation. The Solutions Architect will work closely with customers and partners to deliver technical services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks
As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will be part of the global Solutions Engineering team and act as a bridge between our engineering teams and our customers' technical teams.
- You will work closely with customers and partners to find creative solutions, successfully deliver implementations, and provide resilient, high-quality services.
- You define requirements, develop solutions, create roadmaps, improve system architecture, and design features with teams across our clients' organizations.
Responsibilities
- You provide a wide range of technology services to our customers, including all aspects of our product offering lifecycle.
- You will plan, install, and integrate Taurus solutions in physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments.
- You provide advanced technical services (product customization and integration, including upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.) in customer environments.
- You maintain and support overall relationships with our customers.
- You establish trusting relationships with each customer as a strategic advisor and support the ongoing value of our products and services.
- You will work with customers to continuously improve our offerings and understand their needs and requirements.
- You represent the needs and problems of our customers to partners and customers.
- You will be responsible for transferring knowledge about all aspects of our products to partners and customers.
- You will work closely with members of the engineering team to quickly resolve customer issues and promote customer satisfaction after the sale.
- You organize and improve technical and user-friendly documentation for customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the technical integration of products in complex environments and organizations.
- Experience as a technical solutions architect, solutions engineer/pre-sales engineer, technical account manager, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with enterprise IT environments and frameworks.
- Experience in various DevOps build and test processes, release management, product lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of modern DevOps tools.
- Ability to implement simple and complex solutions and integrate them into existing production environments.
- Knowledge/experience in database management (SQL) and software development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers.
