The position of Solutions Graduate Analyst offers the opportunity to join an experienced team of investment experts and innovators who focus on developing alpha products and customized investment solutions for clients.

Tasks

Successful candidates for the Solutions Graduate Program will rotate through various departments within the Solutions business. Their responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, developing, and maintaining effective professional relationships with key investment contacts within the company
• Working with investment teams to design and construct portfolios across a wide range of asset classes and investment styles
• Analysis and presentation of portfolio exposures, risks, and performance
• Research and presentation on macroeconomics and market structure
• Responding to inquiries from potential and existing investors
• Execution of the company's investment strategy

Requirements

The requirements for this position include:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum grade of 2:1
• Strong interest in financial markets
• Demonstrated interest in investment management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and a willingness to take on responsibility and to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven problem-solving skills and demonstrated initiative
• Strong math skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent ability to listen and learn
• Analytical thinking
