Tasks

  • You play a key role in customer satisfaction and support our consultants.
  • You will support our consultants and brokers in managing and tracking contracts.
  • You handle all types of claims and select claims for processing by the agency.
  • You actively participate in customer service, whether by phone, at the counter, or in writing, to provide our policyholders with a smooth and professional experience.
  • You contribute to the agency's internal training by bringing your versatility and sense of priorities to bear.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • They are recognized by the AFA (Association Française d'Assurance).
  • You speak French as your native language and have a good knowledge of German.
  • They are autonomous, can set priorities, and cope with stress.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
