Vaudoise, a leading insurer in Switzerland, is looking for a customer support representative (70-100%) for its agency in Vevey to assist the team with customer service and contract management. The position requires at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field or relevant training in insurance.

Customer support 100% (m/f/x) The various tasks you can expect: * Supporting our advisors and agency brokers in both contract management and follow-up * Opening claims in all branches and processing agency claims for motor vehicles and property * Providing information to customers (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)Requirements
What makes you unique: * At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position or a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in insurance * AFA certification or federal certificate is an asset * French as your mother tongue, German and/or English as a second language is an asset You are also independent, able to manage priorities and stress, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills, while also enjoying teamwork.We offer
