Customer support 100% (m/f/x)

Tasks

The various tasks that await you:

• Support our consultants and brokers in the agency in both the administration and follow-up of contracts
• Opening of all types of claims and processing of claims in the area of motor vehicles and property
• Informing customers (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position or a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee in the insurance sector
• AFA certification or federal diploma is an advantage
• French as mother tongue, German and/or English as second language an advantage

You are also self-motivated, able to manage priorities and stress, flexible, and have good communication skills, while valuing teamwork.
