Tasks

The various tasks that await you:

Support our advisors and agency brokers in both contract management and monitoring
Open claims for all branches (excluding personal insurance) and process agency vehicle claims to be justified and selected according to agency competencies.
Renseigner la clientèle (guichet, correspondence, téléphone et comptabilité)

Requirements

What makes you unique:

Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire d'au min. 3 ans ou CFC d'employé de commerce dans le domaine des assurances
Certification AFA ou brevet fédéral un atout
Langue maternelle française

You are also independent, know how to manage priorities and stress, are flexible, and have good interpersonal skills while enjoying teamwork.
