Tasks
- Supporting our consultants and brokers in the agency with the administration and follow-up of contracts
- Opening of claims in all lines of business (except personal insurance) and processing of claims in the agency for motor vehicles and property, depending on the agency's competence.
- Providing information to our customers (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a federal certificate of proficiency as a businessman in the insurance sector
- AFA certification or federal diploma as a plus
- Mother tongue French
- Autonomy, priority management and stress management, flexibility and easy communication, as well as teamwork skills
