The various tasks that await you:- Support our consultants and brokers in the agency in both the administration and monitoring of contracts
- Opening of all types of claims and processing of claims in the area of motor vehicles and property
- Customer service (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)
Requirements
What makes you unique:- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position or CFC qualification as a commercial clerk in the insurance sector
- AFA certification or federal diploma is an advantage
- French, German, or English as your native language; a second language is an advantage
