Tasks

Support our advisors and agency brokers in both contract management and monitoring
Ouvrir des sinistres toutes branches ainsi que traiter des sinistres d'agence véhicules à moteur et chose
Renseigner la clientèle (guichet, correspondence, téléphone et comptabilité)

Requirements

Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire d'au min. 3 ans ou CFC d'employé de commerce dans le domaine des assurances
Certification AFA ou brevet fédéral un atout
Langue maternelle française, allemand or anglais en deuxième langue un atout
Autonomy, ability to set priorities and cope with stress
Flexibility and ease of communication within the team
