Tasks

The various tasks that await you:

• Support our consultants and brokers in both the administration and monitoring of contracts
• Opening all types of claims and processing claims for agency vehicles and property
• Customer service (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position or CFC qualification as a commercial employee in the insurance sector
• AFA certification or federal diploma is an advantage
• French, German, or English as your native language; a second language is an advantage

You are also self-reliant, able to set priorities to avoid stress, flexible, and have an easy manner with customers, while also valuing teamwork.
