- Requirements: Experience in customer support
Tasks
- Support for advisors and brokers in the administration and tracking of contracts
- Opening claims of all kinds and processing claims in motor vehicle and property insurance
- Information and support for customers (counter, correspondence, telephone and accounting)
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar field for at least 3 years or a degree in insurance
- AFA certification or federal diploma is an advantage
- Native French speaker, German or English as a second language is an advantage
- Autonomy, priority management, stress resistance, flexibility and ability to work in a team
