Tasks
- Supporting our consultants and brokers in the administration and management of contracts
- Opening claims of all kinds and processing claims in motor vehicle and property insurance
- Answering customer inquiries (counter, correspondence, telephone and accounting)
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a federal certificate of proficiency as a businessman in the insurance sector
- Certification AFA or federal diploma a plus
- Native French speaker, German or English as a second language a plus
- Autonomy, priority management, flexibility and good communication skills
