Tasks
- Supporting our consultants and brokers in the agency in the administration and management of contracts
- Opening of all types of claims and processing of claims in the agency for motor vehicles and property
- Customer support (counter, correspondence, telephone and accounting)
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a federal certificate of proficiency as a businessman in the insurance sector
- AFA certification or federal diploma a plus
- Native French speaker, German or English as a second language a plus
- Autonomy, priority management, stress management, flexibility and good communication skills
