Working hours: 80-100%
Location: 1800 Vevey, Switzerland
Start: October 1, 2025
End: March 31, 2026

Tasks

Supporting our consultants and brokers in the agency with the administration and follow-up of contracts
Opening of all types of claims and processing of claims in the agency for motor vehicles and horses
Customer support (counter, correspondence, telephone and accounting)

Requirements

Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a federal certificate of proficiency as a businessman in the insurance sector
Certification AFA or federal diploma a plus
Native French speaker, German or English as a second language a plus
Autonomy, priority management and stress management
Flexibility and easy communication as well as the ability to work in a team
