Customer support (m/f/x) - 100% in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The position involves the following tasks:- Soutenir nos conseillers et courtiers d'agence autant pour la gestion que le suivi des contrats
- Open claims for all branches and process claims for motor vehicle and property agencies
- Renseigner la clientèle (guichet, correspondence, téléphone et comptabilité)
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire d'au min. 3 ans ou CFC d'employé de commerce dans le domaine des assurances
- AFA certification or federal certificate is an advantage
- Native French, German, and/or English as a second language is an advantage.
- Autonomous, able to manage priorities and stress, flexible, and sociable, while enjoying teamwork
